Welcome to Local Spotlight, operated by More Views Pro (“MVP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or reserving an ad placement on a Local Spotlight 6×11 postcard campaign, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Shared Direct-Mail Service Overview

Local Spotlight provides noncompeting local businesses with shared advertising placements on oversized 6×11 postcards mailed directly to designated residential communities (such as Sun City Palm Desert and the El Paseo Area).

2. Category Exclusivity Policy

We accept only one business per industry category on each postcard mailing campaign. Category exclusivity is granted once a placement is reserved and invoice payment conditions are confirmed. We reserve the right to review business categories to ensure direct competitors do not appear on the same postcard.

3. Holds & Invoice Terms

• When requesting an invoice, a placement is placed on a temporary 24-hour hold pending payment.
• If the invoice is paid within 24 hours, the placement and category lock become permanent for that scheduled campaign cycle.
• Unpaid invoice holds automatically expire after 24 hours to release the spot and category for other participating businesses.

4. Artwork & Proof Approvals

Every placement includes custom advertisement design, printing, postage, and a digital proof. Advertisers must review and provide final proof approval before the campaign enters printing and USPS direct-mail distribution. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring all contact details, promotional offers, and legal disclaimers in their artwork are accurate.

5. Limitation of Liability

More Views Pro is responsible for postcard design, printing, and postal delivery according to scheduled timelines. We do not guarantee specific customer response rates or revenue outcomes from direct-mail advertising campaigns.
